Cognitive Medical Systems CEO Emory Fry, MD, Named HSPC CMIO
Cognitive Medical Systems, a specialist in standards-based clinical decision support software and healthcare IT infrastructure, announced today that CEO Emory Fry, MD, has been named acting Chief Medical Informatics Officer (CMIO) of the Healthcare Services Platform Consortium (HSPC).
HSPC is a provider-driven organization of leading healthcare organizations, IT vendors, systems integrators, and venture firms dedicated to unlocking the power of entrepreneurial innovation to improve healthcare outcomes. Specifically, they are developing a standards-based SOA platform and attempting to cultivate a marketplace that incubates and rewards innovative solutions to today’s complex challenges.
