Cognitive Medical Systems Spins Off Product Division
Cognitive Medical Systems announced today that its product division will operate as Saperi Systems, effective immediately.
The wholly-owned subsidiary will provide faster development of its clinical decision software platforms for the commercial sector, with Cognitive narrowing its focus to delivering healthcare technology services for a wide array of organizations, principally the Federal Government.

The decision empowers both organizations to both meet market needs fully and to optimize resources effectively,” said Cognitive Medical Systems’ President, Douglas W. This new structure affords both Saperi and Cognitive Medical Systems with the ability to develop and fulfill offerings in demand by healthcare companies, government and for-profit institutions more efficiently.
